How it works?

1. After you have told us exactly what your looking for and what you want to achieve, we work hard on finding the best property that suits your requirements.

2. We visit the property to make sure it meets our high standards and obtain quotes for any refurbishment that may need doing to the property.

3. Once we have packaged the deal together will send it over to yourself with a breakdown of all the costs as well as the potential yield and ROI you could expect to achieve.

4. If you are happy with the deal, we would put a offer forward on your behalf to the agent.

5. Once your offer is accepted this is when we would ask for our finder’s fee this starts from £2,000.  Depends on the type of property deal you are looking for, on average we charge £2,000 for a single buy let however larger deals like HMO’s  would be more. Every deal is different and would be assessed on a case by case basis.
